These policies establish expectations for authors, reviewers, editors, and readers and will be finalized before the journal formally launches.
Publication ethics
Integrity and due process
The journal intends to follow recognized principles of publication ethics. Concerns involving plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, image manipulation, authorship disputes, undisclosed conflicts, or unethical research will be assessed fairly and documented. Institutions may be contacted when formal investigation is appropriate.
Open access
Immediate access to published research
The journal is intended to provide immediate online access to published articles. The final license, repository rights, and reuse terms will be stated clearly on each published article after formal approval.
Article processing charges
No fee announced
No submission fee or article processing charge has been formally established. Authors will be informed of any applicable charge before submission and before any binding publication decision. The journal will never introduce an undisclosed fee after acceptance.
Copyright and licensing
Transparent ownership and reuse
Copyright ownership and the publication license will be displayed on each article. Authors must obtain permission for third-party material and confirm that their submission does not infringe copyright.
Data and reproducibility
Evidence should be verifiable
Authors should provide a data-availability statement and deposit non-sensitive data, code, protocols, and materials in a suitable repository when ethical and legally permissible. Restrictions involving privacy, consent, or commercial sensitivity must be explained.
AI-assisted tools
Human accountability is essential
AI tools cannot qualify as authors. Authors remain responsible for accuracy, originality, citations, confidentiality, and all submitted content. Material use of generative AI in writing, analysis, coding, or image production should be disclosed in the manuscript. Undisclosed synthetic or manipulated research data are prohibited.
Corrections and retractions
Maintaining the scholarly record
Material errors may require a correction, expression of concern, retraction, or replacement. Notices should be linked to the original article, identify the reason clearly, and preserve the integrity of the publication record.
Privacy
Responsible handling of information
Names, email addresses, manuscript files, reviewer reports, and other personal information supplied to the journal will be used only for editorial and publication purposes, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
